  • Furnish you a copy of our Purchase Agreement so you can become familiar with it.

  • Investigate current  finance programs to suit your needs, explain lender guidelines, and  assist you with the placement of your home loan.  
  • Advise you of the information the lender will require on the loan application.  
  • Inform you as to when the seller purchased a home and the amount he or she paid (if available).  
  • Before making an offer to purchase, show you a Comparative Market Analysis.  
  • Accompany you to your loan application if you so desire.  
  • Ensure you see a Seller's Disclosure before buying the property.  
  • Help negotiate the best price for the property.  
  • Advise you on home warranties.  
  • Advise you on professional inspections of the property.  
  • Explain the types of insurance associated with home ownership.  
  • Describe how escrow works and what customary deposits are for this area.  
  • Assist you in submitting your offer to purchase promptly to the seller.  
  • Monitor the events /  dates during escrow (lender requirements, inspections (ie mechanical,  termite, roof, foundation, radon, etc) to closing.  
  • Prepare an amortization schedule for you free of charge.  
  • Identify schools and arrange visits, if desired.  
  • Suggest ways to make the home you selected more liveable, if desired.  
  • Provide you with information regarding special needs, concerns and community services.  
  • Assist you with transfer of utilities.  
  • Accompany you to closing.  
  • Answer to the best of my knowledge, and questions you may have, before / during / and after the sale.
